14-Day Approval Guarantee
We will replace or refund most items provided they are returned complete and unused within 14 days of receipt.
Exceptions to our Approval Guarantee
Our Approval Guarantee does not apply if you fail to follow the use and care instructions provided with the products or the item is damaged by your pet. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Your Statutory Right to Cancel your Order
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the goods. If you wish to cancel using this right, you need to inform us in writing by email within 7 days starting the day after you receive the goods. You must take reasonable care of the goods and immediately return them to us. We will not consider that you have taken reasonable care of goods if they have been used in a way, or to an extent, beyond what would be reasonable when examining the goods in a shop before purchase.
To return an item
To return an item, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send the package to the correspondence address indicated on your receipt or on the Contact Us page of the web site. The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
In the unlikely event of a defective product, please email us providing a full description of the fault and when the product was purchased. We will send you a free returns postage label to use to return the defective item us.
For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
